With only a slight rearrangement, the beat goes on for Retail this month, which seems fitting for January. Glen-Echo Furniture, Bedroom Factory Outlet, Hechts and Family Recreation were the top four Retail sites once again. In fact, over one-third of the Top 20 were Retail. But with Coldwell Banker leading the way, Real Estate sites actually out-numbered Retail 8-to-7, a better showing than last month. And only one Auto/Trans site, Harco, made it to the list this month, showing the recent downdraft in auto sales. And the school web sites made a comeback this month, maybe indicating scrutiny by families moving into the county. Rounding out the list were Harford Health and Fitness, Flagship Cinemas and Rockfield Manor.
